There are no comparisons... without a doubt the worst! I purchased a Black and Decker electric whisk. Taking it for granted that it was intact (so many claims...), I opened the package at home eight days after purchase and discovered that it was completely destroyed. Full of scratches, with broken plastic inserts, with the base detached and above all poorly functioning. The next day I went to the store to ask for a replacement and very naturally they replied: "how can I justify a return?" therefore alluding that it was me who broke it. I then asked for information on why a destroyed item was regularly displayed in the store and I received no response on the matter. I wrote to Trony's online support twice, both times my email was forwarded to the point of sale and both times they ignored me. The only regret is having spent so much money in the past in this shop which absolutely does not deserve customers! Certainly for €37 they managed to lose a customer. Zero professionalism. There are no comparisons, never has a slogan been more apt. The worst ever!!!

Following a move I had to purchase all the kitchen appliances. In Orzinuovi my wife and I found Noemi who, with her professionalism, was able to understand what our needs were and therefore offer us suitable products. And with their colleague Albachiara they followed us up to invoicing, finding the best payment formulas for us there too. In my opinion, these sales assistants, in addition to being very professional, have gone a step beyond what their job is, presenting themselves to us as long-standing friends who want the best for you. I will definitely return to that store and highly recommend it. Thank you Noemi and Albachiara

We were scammed with a De Longhi Nespresso coffee machine for the modest sum of €259, used and not working, given as new. Once home we realized that the box was broken and dirty, the polystyrene packaging was missing which was made to disappear by the sales assistant before our eyes because it was dirty, plus the capsules that Nespresso gives away with the new machines were not present . We returned quickly and were refunded our money but with rudeness as if it were a normal thing, which can happen. Never again in a Trony store.
